Himanshu was on trip to Honk Kong (special adminstative colony of China) for a seminar and brought 20 Hong Kong Dollars and coins.

It is one of the most beautiful currency in my collection.






The Hong Kong dollar has been pegged to the United States dollar since 17 October 1983 at HK$7.80 per U.S. dollar through the currency board system.

My small set of coins and paper notes

I always wanted to present my collection and keep it online so that I can access it anytime. Well looks like I have started it. I hope some day it will showcase all the collection I have.

Well, I started collecting coins when I was about 10, and slowly as it got bigger, it became a hobby. I stopped collecting for long time, but recently I started gaining interest again recently after joining job. Probably because am meeting with so many different nation people and understanding their culture.
